How to Register
Youth Week camps at Caswell registration begins Sept. 8, 2026. Students in rising 7th grade through students who finished 12th grade are eligible to attend.
How Much
Registration rates range from $334 to $479 per person for a Youth Week or $162 to $228 per person for the Weekend Camp, with final pricing determined by your specific lodging and meal selections.

- All student materials

What’s Happening
NC Baptist offers camp to help the next generation be on mission together. We desire to take the burden of planning camp off of you as a leader without taking the salvation and discipleship opportunities away from you. Camp includes high energy services, passionate worship, gospel centered preaching, a hands on missions experience, church group Bible studies, nightly reflections, recreation, workshops, plenty of free-time opportunities, access to the beach and more.

FAQ
What is the background check policy?
Each church must complete background checks for all adults chaperoning or participating in activities. Names of cleared individuals must be submitted on the Background Check Form at registration.
Background Check Providers
Churches may use any reputable background check provider. Recommended options include FirstPoint Resources, GuideOne, ProtectMyMinistry, and MinistrySafe. FirstPoint Resources provides a special rate for NC Baptist churches.

How many adults should we bring?
There must be one adult leader, age 21 or older, for every eight students of the same gender. A group of male and female students must have at least one male and one female leader. The leader(s) must reside with the group and supervise the group’s participation/activity on and off campus
All adult leaders attending camp must have completed the background check procedure as outlined in the Background Check Policy on our website.
At what age may students attend Summer Youth Weeks?
Summer Youth Weeks are for students having completed 6th grade through 12th grade. Bible studies, track times, and other programming elements are built around the developmental needs of students in these age groups.
How should I handle participants who are younger or older than camper age?
Camp is designed for students who have completed 6th-12th grade. In some instances, group leaders request to bring younger campers or older campers as participants. In these instances, please contact youth.disciplemaking@ncbaptist.org.
Who leads the small groups at camp?
Small groups will be led by you, your adults or college students who came with your group. Small groups can be held in the same space you were assigned for church group reflections. Examples of small group teachers are college students, pastors, adult volunteers or someone over the age of 18 who will commit to study and take responsibility for leading your group. The Leader Guide will be provided on our website.
When will the forms and content be available?
All forms and content will be available on April 1st.

Jonathan Pickens
Jonathan Pickens serves as the Cumberland location pastor at Passion City Church. He is passionate about helping people know, follow and enjoy Jesus. Jonathan graduated from the University of Georgia and holds a Master’s in Historical Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Mary, live in Marietta with their two daughters, Rae and Merit. Together, Jonathan and Mary love building the church.Andrew Hopper
Andrew serves as the lead pastor of Mercy Hill Church which he planted in 2012. Andrew graduated from North Greenville University. While there, he also played football for the Crusaders and met his wife, Anna. They have four children, including a daughter they adopted, which has fueled Andrew’s passion for adoption and foster care ministry.Scott Pace
Dr. Pace has served in pastoral ministry for more than 20 years in a variety of full-time and interim capacities in three states. He speaks regularly at conferences and training events that seek to equip pastors and church leaders. Prior to his vocational calling, Pace served in the corporate world as an accountant and the private sector as a business manager. He and his wife, Dana, have been married since 1999 and have four children: Gracelyn, Tyler, Tessa and Cassie.Ronjour Locke
Ronjour Locke serves as lead pastor of Mount Vernon Baptist Church in Raleigh. He also teaches at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he has served since 2018. He is a graduate of Washington Bible College and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is happily married to Annie, and they have four children.Zac Workun
Zac currently serves as the Student Ministry Specialist for Lifeway Students. Zac is also the co-founder and network lead for Youth Ministry Booster. For more than 15 years, Zac has served on staff at local churches in Oklahoma and North Carolina to oversee middle school, high school and college-aged ministries. He received his undergraduate education from Oklahoma Baptist University and his Master’s of Divinity from Duke University.J.D. Greear
J.D. Greear is the pastor of The Summit Church in Durham, N.C. Under Greear’s leadership, the Summit has grown from a plateaued church of 300 to one of over 13,000. Greear has authored several books and completed his Ph.D. in Theology at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Chick-fil-A since January 2022 and was the 63nd president of the Southern Baptist Convention. J.D. and his wife, Veronica, have four awesome kids: Kharis, Alethia, Ryah and Adon.Daniel Ritchie
Daniel is passionate about encouraging others and sharing with them the hope of Christ, no matter what circumstances they face. This is a message he takes to churches, public schools, fundraisers, Christian schools, corporate events, colleges, seminaries, conferences and professional sports teams. He and his wife, Heather, live in Raleigh, N.C. They have been married for 17 years and have two children: Teague and Elliott Hayes.Eddie Briery
Eddie Briery has served as the lead pastor of City Church since 2019. For more than two decades, he has served the kingdom in a variety of roles including youth pastor, evangelist, church planter, and for the last decade, senior pastor.
